ON TIME

• On time to all pick-ups and deliveries

HOURS OF SERVICE

  • No excessive or unauthorized use of personal convenience

PROPER COMMUNICATION

• Calls or messages must be answered promptly
• All documents must be provided promptly
• B.O.L. must be scanned after each load
• Respectful and professional tone and language at all the time

SAFETY

• No Violations or Citation on DOT inspections
• No hours-of-service violations
• No events or unsafe driving – Dash Cam
• Attendance of Zoom meeting
• Driver Score not less than 95 average

PROPER MAINTENANCE

• Equipment damages or mechanical issues must be reported on time
• Preventive Maintenance must be completed as scheduled
• Idle time must be less than 8%
• All the Pre-Trip Inspections must be logged and performed using the Driveroo fleet app
• Pick-up and delivery Photos must be uploaded to the Driveroo Fleet app – Ditat
• No trailer rejections at the shipper, trailer must be clean

TRAVEL EXPENSES

Driver needs to be on the road for a minimum of one month to be eligible.

ESCROW
$250 a week: $2,500 (10 weeks total)
For drivers with less experience but approved by all departments
$500 a week: $5,000 (10 weeks total)

DETENTION & LAYOVER POLICY

  • Driver must inform when entering the 2-hour detention window
  • Driver must provide IN and Out times on POD
  • Detentions / Layovers are paid based on the appointment times, not arrival times (case sensative)
  • $18 every hour (up to $150, what becomes a layover) after the first 3 hours
  • Detentions or layovers are not paid when drivers are late for appointments if transit time is possible, or drivers are late due to their poor performance.

Owner operators/lease drivers are compensated based on a percentage of the collected amount, distinct from GTS company driver policies.
