How to Claim Your Gift:

Choose the item you’d like to claim. Copy the Item Number.

2. Fill in Your Details:
    • Enter your name and size information (if applicable).
    • Make sure all information is accurate to ensure a smooth process.
    • Paste Item Number.

3. Submit Your Claim:
    • Click the “Submit” button to complete your gift claim.

COLLECTION PROCESS:

CLAIM DEADLINE: DEC 31, 2023

Gift claims must be submitted by the specified deadline.

PROCESSING TIME:

Once the Marketing department receives your gift claim, please allow 7-10 days for processing.

COLLECTION LOCATION:

Items can be collected from the Marketing office. The office location will be communicated to you via email upon successful claim submission.

NOTIFICATION:
You will receive an email notification with collection details once your item is ready.

PROXY COLLECTION:
If you are unable to collect the item personally, you may designate a colleague to collect it on your behalf.
